Goal

The goal of our work is to take a holistic approach, which ultimately gives the client organization and its employees the confidence and ability to re-engineer the implementation of their processes, systems, and job descriptions to be as effective in an international work environment as they are when working with individuals with a similar cultural background to their own.

Application ? Too many cross-cultural firms stop there, with participants achieving an increased level of awareness and understanding of another culture?s background and business styles.  We believe that without bridging these cultural gaps, we are left with the difference, but no strategy to do anything about it.  Applying this newly developed awareness and understanding to the business at hand is one strategy we employ to bridge the cultural gaps, and make a direct impact on the successful achievement of business goals.
